Bret Michaels Suing CBS, Tony Awards

So Bret Michaels is suing CBS and the Tony awards over the 2009 incident where he hit his head on stage and claims it led to life threatening brain injury, according to The Associated Press. He is suing for undisclosed damages. 


The lawsuit has Michaels claiming that the show organization did not properly inform him how to exit the stage after his performance since the set changed afther his performance.


Michaels was hospitalized in April of 2010 and diagnosed with a brain hemorrhage. He also had his appendix removed and later suffered from a stroke and doctors found a hole in his heart.
